LuchiPrivacy policy
This policy explains how the Luchi iPhone app, this website, and support requests handle information. The developer responsible for Luchi is Alexander Lavrikov.
Information on your iPhone
Luchi works without a Luchi account. It saves your language and preferences, optional onboarding and check-in answers, saved phrases, viewing history, reactions, and reminder settings locally. These details are used to select phrases and run the features you choose. The Luchi widget reads the phrase data it needs from shared storage on the same device.
Data sent by the app
The current release does not send your preferences, answers, history, or activity to Luchi servers. It has no cloud synchronization, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics. The optional Couples service is not enabled in this release. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Apple services
Apple operates the App Store and TestFlight and may process download, purchase, and diagnostic information under its own privacy policy and your Apple settings. Luchi uses Apple’s StoreKit to check or restore any applicable purchase access. Luchi does not receive payment card details.
Photos and notifications
When you choose Save to Photos, Luchi asks for permission to add the selected wallpaper. It does not read your photo library. Optional reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. You can turn them off in Luchi or change Photos and notification permissions in iPhone Settings.
Sharing and external links
If you export data, share a phrase or wallpaper, or open an external link, the service you choose handles what you send or open under its own privacy policy. Sharing happens when you choose it.
Support messages
If you email support, we use your email address, message, and any attachments to respond to your request. Mail sent to support@luchi.space is routed by Cloudflare to our support inbox hosted by Google Gmail. These providers process messages as part of delivering and hosting email. We keep support correspondence as needed to resolve the request or meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for support.
This website
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare processes network information, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the site. We do not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics, contact forms, or nonessential cookies to these pages. The language links work without cookies or browser storage.
Retention and your choices
Luchi keeps local app data until you reset it in Settings → Privacy or remove the app and its data. A reset clears answers, saved phrases, history, reactions, and reminder settings while keeping your selected language. You can export a copy from the same screen. Photos, shared copies, and device backups are managed separately. You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you sent to support. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
Policy updates
We will update this page when the app or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current policy. If cloud features or additional data processing are introduced, their disclosures must be updated before they are enabled.
